Hold in your heart something you love dearly.

Express it through words, notice the sense you have being in contact with this thing. Notice how the shape, the contours, the colours, the smells, the sounds, how its very essence affects you.

Now, look into the heart of the world. Take those contours and words and smells and colours and overlay them onto the world. Look to where those patterns sit in line with each other, and allow them to merge. This is your pleasure; this is the expression of your pleasure in the world. Elevate it, exaggerate it, and you will find the path to fulfillment.
