Turning in circles

Well I'm young but I'm old
And my story's been told
It's been tied and up twisted and bent

Now it's dark but I'm sure
With a heart that is pure
That I'm bound to see light in the end

But when I am sleeping
Alone in the world
Away from these walls I know well

Will I wake in the night
With a clear coloured sight
And confused and alone with myself

Where do I begin
I'm moving in circles again
I'm walking in circles again

Now I'm blind but I see
In the dark that is me
That a light is still burning within

Still it's tender and frail
There's no wind in it's sail
So I'm trying to move and breathe in

So consider that past
And the old and the masked
And between in the now and the here

How can I comb the lies
In the web of my life
They're all tied up in anger and fear

Where do I begin
I'm moving in circles again
I'm walking in circles again

So consider a smile
And let's joke for a while
Or have you somewhere better to be

Would you sit on the fence
And scream out your defence
About why you just don't want to live

Where do I begin
I'm moving in circles again
I'm walking in circles again
I'm moving in circles again
